Global Water Resources, which operates water and wastewater utilities in metropolitan Phoenix, AZ, raised $7.3 million by offering 1.16 million shares at $6.25. The company originally set terms to offer 1.0 million shares at a range of $5.25 to $6.25. Global Water Resources plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol GWRS. Roth Capital acted as lead manager on the deal.
