We are a newly incorporated Delaware blank check company. We intend to leverage our deep financial and banking experience, extensive brokerage and trading background and large network of industry contacts in order to pursue opportunities with high-quality, growth companies in our focus sectors of financial services, and FinTech and technology. We are seeking a business with a strong technology offering, in a disruptive vertical, which is at the stage of scaling up and is generating revenue. We will use our experience in fundamental business analysis and company and industry due diligence to identify and assess the strengths of businesses we evaluate. Our management team averages more than 30 years of experience as investors and operators in our target segments, and also has experience on multiple public and private company boards. Further, each member of our management team has a network of talented people that helps evaluate ideas and offer a deep resource base. We are looking to acquire a company whose predominant economic activity comprises the research, development, production and/or distribution of technologies used and applied in financial services.
