We are a newly organized blank check company. While we may pursue an initial target business in any stage of its corporate evolution or in any industry or sector, we initially intend to focus our search on target businesses in the technology, media and telecommunications (“TMT”) industries. Our management team is led by Vivek Ranadivé, Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer, and Murray Rode, Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. The two collaborated for over 20 years on the development of TIBCO Software Inc. (“TIBCO”), a real time integration, process automation and analytics company, to grow it to over $1 billion in annual revenue when it was sold to Vista Equity Partners in 2014 for $4.3 billion. Mr. Rode subsequently ran the privately owned business as Chief Executive Officer until mid-2019. While at TIBCO, Messrs. Ranadivé and Rode oversaw the identification and acquisition of approximately 30 technology businesses. Our management team consists of seasoned investors and industry executives with an extensive track record of identifying, building, operating, advising, and investing in TMT businesses. The team also has a track record in identifying disruptive technology platforms that have the potential to transform industries.
