We are a newly formed blank check company. While we may pursue an initial business combination target in any industry or geographic location, we currently intend to focus our search on identifying businesses in the beauty, personal care, and wellness sectors that can benefit from the collective expertise and capabilities of our management team and directors in order to create long-term shareholder value. Our team includes highly experienced industry operators with significant leadership experience in building, marketing, operating, and investing in beauty, personal care, wellness, and consumer businesses globally. We believe our management team has a unique and complementary skillset to implement our business strategy and pursue value creation opportunities. Our management team’s skillset includes decades of experience in large publicly-traded global consumer companies and an extensive international network of founders and owners of other beauty, personal care, wellness, and consumer businesses. Further, we believe our management team has demonstrated a successful track record of scaling and acquiring high growth brands in their previous roles. Our management team is led by Michel Brousset, our Chief Executive Officer, and Felipe Dutra, our Executive Chairman.
