We are a newly incorporated blank check company and have not identified any business combination or target and we have not, nor has anyone on our behalf, initiated any substantive discussions, directly or indirectly, with any business combination target. We intend to capitalize on the ability of our management team and sponsor Fortress Credit to identify, acquire and operate a business that may provide opportunities for attractive risk-adjusted returns. We intend to identify and acquire a business that could benefit from a hands-on owner with extensive investment and operational expertise. We believe that the network of contacts and relationships of our management team and sponsor will provide us with an important source of acquisition opportunities. In addition, given our profile and thematic approach, we anticipate that target business candidates may be brought to our attention from various unaffiliated sources, including investment market participants, private equity groups, investment banking firms, consultants, accounting firms and large business enterprises.
