We are a newly incorporated blank check company. While we may pursue a business combination target in any industry or geographical location, we currently intend to concentrate our efforts in identifying businesses with premium brands that offer an aspirational lifestyle experience to consumers, which we refer to as the "aspirational lifestyle space." Consumers are increasingly connecting to brands through digital content, online communities and influencer-driven recommendations. The Millennial and Generation Z demographic groups, in particular, often live in a highly-connected and digital world, spending their time interacting through different mediums, and respond to brands in which these interactions build an emotional connection. In this environment, we believe a successful brand must offer differentiated experiences through authentic and aspirational lifestyle messaging tied to high quality and premium product offerings. We believe that there are many potential targets that deliver this experience that could become attractive public companies with long-term organic growth, attractive competitive dynamics and further consolidation opportunities.
