We are a newly organized blank check company. While we may pursue an initial business combination target in any industry or region, we intend to focus our search on sectors that complement the expertise of our management team and to capitalize on the ability of our management team to identify and acquire a business. We particularly focus on the technology industries, particularly those in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Our goal is to focus on middle market and emerging growth companies with global operations and overall enterprise values ranging from $100 million to $2 billion. We believe that acquiring a leading high-growth technology company or assets in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry will provide a platform to fund consolidation and fuel growth for our company. There are no restrictions on the geographical location of the targets we can pursue.
