Through the members of our board of directors and their networks, we are supported by technology investors, leading technology founders, executives of private and public companies and industry analysts and consultants. The members of our board of directors bring over 100 years of collective successful entrepreneurship and investment experience. Social Leverage is a Scottsdale, Arizona based technology-focused early-stage investment company co-founded by Mr. Lindzon and Tom Peterson and managed by Gary Benitt. Founded in 2009, the team focuses on highly innovative companies that leverage mobile and internet platforms to scale and address large markets that are underserved by incumbents. Through the extensive networks and investment expertise of our management team, we intend to identify high-growth technology companies with strong customer and user bases, highly motivated team cultures and visionary management teams that are capitalizing on large opportunities. We intend to focus on, but are not limited to, identifying innovative and mission-driven companies in the fintech, enterprise software or consumer technology sectors with an enterprise value of above $1 billion.
