We are a blank check company. While we may pursue an initial business combination target in any industry or geographic region, we intend to focus on direct-to-consumer media, technology, and emerging digital enterprise-focused businesses that would benefit from access to public markets and the operational and strategic expertise of our management team and board of directors. Our management team has had significant success sourcing, acquiring, growing and monetizing these types of companies. We will seek to capitalize on the significant experience of our management team in consummating an initial business combination with the ultimate goal of pursuing attractive, risk-adjusted returns for our stockholders. We believe we will greatly benefit from the experiences of our executive officers and directors as we seek to identify and consummate an initial business combination. Our team has extensive experience in the sectors listed above as investors, managers, principals, advisors or directors of companies operating in the direct-to-consumer media, technology and emerging digital enterprise sectors. They also have extensive experience in identifying, negotiating with and conducting due diligence on companies targeted for acquisition and consummating acquisitions in the media, technology and emerging digital enterprise sectors.
