Real Good Foods is an innovative, high-growth, branded, health- and wellness-focused frozen food company. We develop, market, and manufacture delicious and convenient comfort foods designed to be high in protein, low in sugar, and made from gluten- and grain-free ingredients that are intended to be sold in the health and wellness (“H&W”) segment of the frozen food category. All of our products are prepared with proprietary ingredient systems that allow us to provide consumers with delicious meals that are designed to be high in protein, low in sugar, and made with gluten- and grain-free ingredients. Our base ingredient systems, which include (i) chicken and parmesan cheese, and (ii) plant-based proteins and fibers, are composed of simple ingredients to which our consumers are accustomed. We believe these ingredient systems are critical to our success because they are a large part of what makes our products craveable while allowing us to capture the macronutrient ratios favored by H&W consumers. To support these ingredient systems, we source widely available, nutritious ingredients from a network of suppliers with whom we have strong relationships.
