We are a full service, vertically integrated, self-administered and self-managed REIT focused on the acquisition, ownership and management of single- and multi-tenant Class B industrial properties, including distribution centers, warehouses and light industrial properties. The Company Portfolio consists of 20 industrial buildings located in seven states with an aggregate of approximately 4.0 million rentable square feet leased to 37 tenants. Our strategy is to invest in single- and multi-tenant Class B industrial properties located primarily in secondary markets across the U.S.; however, we may make opportunistic acquisitions of Class A industrial properties or industrial properties located in primary markets. We seek to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for our stockholders through a combination of dividends and capital appreciation. As of December 31, 2016, the Company Portfolio was approximately 98.4% occupied. From 2017 through 2019, an aggregate of 48.4% of the annualized base rent leases in our Portfolio are scheduled to expire, which we believe will provide us an opportunity to adjust below market rates as market conditions continue to improve.
