Alpha Partners Technology Merger Corporation (the “Company”) is a newly formed blank check company incorporated on February 5, 2021 as a Cayman Islands exempted company for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses, which we refer to throughout this prospectus as our initial business combination. We have not selected any potential business combination partner (“Partner”) and we have not, nor has anyone on our behalf, initiated any substantive discussions with any potential Partner. Our objective is to identify, merge with, and partner with a technology business that will exhibit sustained, long-term growth and value creation, though we reserve the right to pursue an acquisition opportunity in any business or industry. The Company will focus on technology businesses which address large and acute market needs or pain-points via the application of software or technology-enabled business models. We intend to pay particularly close attention to businesses which are powered by long-term secular trends and which are able to thrive regardless of market cycle by virtue of the unique utility they provide to their users.
