I is a blank check company, newly incorporated as a Cayman Islands exempted company for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses, which we refer to throughout this prospectus as our initial business combination. We have not identified any potential business combination target and we have not, nor has anyone on our behalf, initiated any substantive discussions, directly or indirectly, with any potential business combination target. Ursula Burns, Clay Whitehead, Kanishka Roy and Mike Dinsdale established Plum with the mission of creating a platform, built by operators for operators, to enable great private companies to become outstanding public companies and listed stocks. We believe there is an opportunity to create replicable infrastructure to launch multiple SPACs, featuring different members of our large extended team over time.
