We are a newly incorporated blank check company. Our sponsor is an affiliate of Falcon Edge Capital and Patriot Global Management. Our management team is led by Jonathan Christodoro as Chairman, Rick Gerson as Co-President, Oscar Salazar as Co-President, Ryan Khoury as Chief Executive Officer, Scott Carpenter as Chief Operating Officer and Matthew Corey as Chief Financial Officer. Our business strategy is to identify and complete our initial business combination with a leading private company that is a potential industry disruptor or innovator in a growth market. We believe that our management team’s extensive experience and knowledge of local markets, access to leaders and innovators, and proven deal-sourcing capabilities presents an opportunity to create significant long-term value for our shareholders. Although we may pursue an opportunity in any business, industry, sector or geographic area, our management team believes that the technology and consumer sectors present some of the most attractive industries with large scale disruption opportunities. We will seek to capitalize on Falcon Edge Capital and Patriot Global Management’s experience and capabilities through the leadership of Jonathan Christodoro, Rick Gerson and Ryan Khoury, combined with the expertise of the other members of our management team and board of directors, in consummating our initial business combination.
