We are a newly incorporated blank check company. We believe we are uniquely positioned to pursue a business combination with a promising technology company. Our team is comprised of experienced technology investors and operators with nearly 50 years of combined investment, transactional and senior management experience. Additionally, our relationship with TPG gives us advantaged insights into companies and potential transactions held by private equity funds (through TPG Capital) as well as those owned by founders and the venture community (through TPG Growth). We believe we are the only SPAC sponsor targeting technology companies to have these sourcing and investment insight advantages in addition to our experience of leading three companies into the public markets through the SPAC process. Our sponsor is an affiliate of TPG. We intend to capitalize on the ability of our management team to identify, acquire and operate an attractive technology or technology-driven business that we believe will be well positioned to thrive in the public markets and that is not a fit with the mandate of the TPG funds. Importantly, our management team and Karl Peterson, our Non-Executive Chairman, have significant hands-on experience working with private companies to prepare them to successfully transition to the public markets and serve as active owners/directors by working closely with these companies to continue their growth trajectories and help create value in the public markets.
