We are a blank check company. Our acquisition and value creation strategy will be to identify, acquire and, after the initial business combination, build a company in the consumer sector, which complements the experience of our management team and which can benefit from their management and operating expertise. In addition to leveraging our management team’s network of proprietary and public transaction sources, where we believe the combination of our relationships, knowledge and experience could effect a positive transformation or augmentation of an existing business to improve its value proposition, we also plan to use our competitive strengths to our advantage in the search and combination process.
