We are a newly incorporated blank check company. Our founder, Michael Klein, is also the founder and managing partner of M. Klein and Company, a global strategic advisory firm that provides its clients a variety of advice tailored to their objectives. Mr. Klein’s background in strategic advisory work was built during his 35 year career, including more than two decades at Citigroup its predecessors, during which he initiated and executed strategic advisory transactions. In 2018, Mr. Klein co-founded and became Chairman of Churchill Capital Corp (CCC), a special purpose acquisition company that completed a $690 million initial public offering in September 2018 and merged in May 2019 with Clarivate Analytics, a leading provider of comprehensive intellectual property and scientific information, analytical tools, and services. Investors in CCC’s IPO who held the stock and warrants through May 13, 2019, the closing date of the initial business combination, saw a total return of approximately 51% and a 1.5x multiple on their invested capital over the eight month hold period.
