We are a newly incorporated blank check company. Although there is no restriction or limitation on what industry or geographic region our target operates in, it is our intention to pursue prospective targets that are in Asia. We will primarily seek to acquire one or more growth businesses with a total enterprise value of between $200,000,000 and $600,000,000. We will seek to capitalize on the experience and networks of the members of our management team: Mr. Claudius Tsang, Ms. Serena Shie, Mr. Patrick Tsang, Mr. Yeong Kang Joseph Patrick Chu, and Mr. Brian Keng. Our team consists of seasoned and experienced professionals who have significant experience in investing in both public and private companies. Members of our management also have extensive experience in sourcing and evaluating potential investment targets as well as deal negotiation, corporate finance, business operations and management. We have developed a proprietary network of business leaders, investors and intermediaries that we believe can generate deal flow for us. We believe our team has the ability to source attractive deals and find good investment opportunities from sources in their networks.
