While we may pursue an initial business combination opportunity in any business, industry, sector or geographical location, we intend to focus on technology-focused middle market and emerging growth companies operating in North America with total enterprise values from $200 million to $1 billion in industries that benefit from continuously evolving technology and the resulting shift in consumer and business purchase behavior, including biotechnology and healthcare (or Biotech & Healthcare), financial technology and financial services (or Fintech & Financial Services) or software as a service and technology (or SaaS & Technology). Segments we might explore include, but are not limited to, technology enabled medical devices, horizontal and vertical SaaS, SaaS B2B, AgTech, genomics, P2P lending, insurance and payments.
