We are a blank check company. While we may pursue an initial business combination opportunity in any business, industry, sector or geographical location, we intend to focus on industries that complement our management team’s significant background in the healthcare or healthcare-related industries in the United States and other developed countries, and to capitalize on the ability of our management team to identify and acquire a target business in this sector. Our company was jointly founded by our management team and our sponsor, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kennedy Lewis Management LP (which we refer to herein as Kennedy Lewis). Kennedy Lewis a leading alternative asset manager with significant investment experience and dedicated healthcare expertise with a focus on life sciences, and over $2.3 billion in regulatory assets under management as of August 31, 2020. We believe that the experience of our management team and our relationship with Kennedy Lewis will allow us to source, identify and execute an attractive transaction for our stockholders. Our management team is led by Doug Logigian (our Chief Executive Officer), Richard Gumer (our Chief Financial Officer and Secretary) and David Kho (our Chief Operating Officer).
