We are a recently incorporated blank check company. While we may pursue a business combination target in any business or industry, we intend to capitalize on the experience and ability of our team to focus on opportunities in Western Europe, including the United Kingdom, or Northern Europe and, opportunistically, in Turkey (the “Target Area”) and businesses focusing on business services, consumer and lifestyle, niche manufacturing and technology (the “Specific Sectors”). Europe Acquisition Holdings Limited, our sponsor, is a consolidated subsidiary of Investcorp Holdings B.S.C., or Investcorp and together with its consolidated subsidiaries are collectively referred to as Investcorp Group. Established in 1982, Investcorp Group is a leading global alternative asset investment manager. Over its 39-year history, Investcorp Group has raised approximately US$50 billion and made acquisitions valued at approximately US$71 billion in total.
