We are a newly-organized blank check company formed on April 17, 2017. Although we are not limited to a particular industry or geographic region, we intend to focus on businesses with a connection to India. We do not have any specific merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization, recapitalization, exchangeable share transaction or other similar business transaction under consideration and we have not contacted any prospective target business or had any discussions with respect to such a transaction. We intend to focus our efforts on companies with an enterprise value of between $150 million and $300 million. Our Chairman Donald Caldwell has over 40 years of experience as an investor, entrepreneur and as an officer and director of public and private companies and has led numerous initial public offerings and acquisitions. Our CEO F. Jacob Cherian has over 23 years of experience in acquisitions, investment, publicly listed companies, business restructuring and improving business value. Our CFO Suhel Kanuga has over 19 years of business experience in acquisition, investment, publicly listed companies and financial services.
