We are a newly organized blank check company formed afor the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. We intend to acquire and operate a business in the consumer and consumer-related products and services industries and believe our management team is well suited to identify opportunities that have the potential to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for our stockholders. However, we are not limited to these industries and we may pursue a business combination opportunity in any business or industry we choose and we may pursue a company with operations or opportunities outside of the United States. Our executives are experienced at recognizing and quantifying the value of brands and creating strategies to reposition those brands so that they reach their full market potential. Not only does our management team bring a combination of operating, investing, financial and transaction experience, but certain members of our management team have also worked together for over a decade creating value for shareholders.
