GreenVision Acquisition Corp. is a newly organized blank check company incorporated in the State of Delaware as a business company pursuant to the Delaware General Business Corporation Law and formed for the purpose of engaging in a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, recapitalization, reorganization or other similar business combination, which we refer to throughout this prospectus as our initial business combination, with one or more businesses or entities, which we refer to as a “target business.” Our efforts to identify a prospective target business will not be limited to a particular industry or geographic region, although we intend to focus our search on target businesses operating in North America, Europe and Asia (excluding China) in the life sciences and healthcare industries. We do not have any specific business combination under consideration and we have not (nor has anyone on our behalf) engaged in any substantive discussions with representatives of other companies regarding the possibility of a potential business combination with us. We have until 12 months from the consummation of this offering to consummate our initial business combination.
