We are a newly incorporated blank check company. While we may pursue an initial business combination with a company in any sector or geography, we intend to focus our search on the restaurant, hospitality, and related sectors in North America. FAST Acquisition Corp. II is the third special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC, formed by the principals of &vest, which includes Doug Jacob, Michael Lastoria, Garrett Schreiber, Steve Kassin, Sandy Beall and Eugene Remm. &vest is a hybrid investment fund sponsor/creative agency that focuses its operational capabilities and deep networks to structure high-impact transactions across various investment product types. Our management team has decades of experience as executives, growing hospitality concepts, restaurants, consumer and retail brands from infancy to scale, taking such companies through initial public offerings and managing those concepts as public companies. As both investors and operators, members of our management have extensive exposure to industry and acquisition trends, evaluating dozens of concepts of a variety of sizes every year, and they possess a vast network of relationships, with access to highly sought after industry subject matter experts.
