We are a newly organized blank check company. We intend to focus on businesses at the leading edge of national security innovation in three key sectors: Space, Cybersecurity and Energy Transition, which complement our team’s expertise and will benefit from our strategic and hands-on operational leadership. Our management team is led by Robert Meyerson (CEO), and David Glickman (Chief Business Development Officer and CFO), and our Board of Directors is led by Steve Demetriou (Non-Executive Chairman). We will be supported by our sponsor, C5 Capital USA LLC, an investment firm that manages a series of venture capital funds and mid-stage venture capital investments focused on technology companies with an emphasis on national security. Mr. Demetriou brings more than 35 years in chief executive and senior management roles, has served on the Board of nine companies, and has a track record of creating long-term value for stockholders. He currently serves as Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE: J). Mr. Meyerson is an aerospace executive, engineer, and founder with more than 30 years of experience in the space industry, and previously served as President of Blue Origin, an American aerospace company founded and owned by Jeff Bezos.
