We are a newly organized blank check company incorporated on March 11, 2021 as a Cayman Islands exempted company for effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar combination with one or more businesses. To date, we have not selected any potential business combination target, and we have not, nor has anyone on our behalf, initiated any substantive discussions, directly or indirectly, with any potential business combination target with respect to an initial business combination with us. While we may pursue an initial business combination target in any business, industry or geographical location, we intend to focus our search for a target in Latin America, and more specifically in Brazil, and in sectors with technology-enabled transformations and strong growth potential in the region, including, but not limited to technology, healthcare, education services, consumer and retail.
