We are a blank check company. We currently intend to concentrate our efforts on identifying companies in either the technology or lifestyle sectors. We believe our management team has the skills and experience to identify, evaluate and consummate a business combination and is positioned to assist businesses we acquire. While we intend to conduct a global search for target businesses without being limited by geographic region, we intend to focus our search for a business combination partner in the Asia Pacific (excluding the PRC) and North American regions. Certain of our executive officers and directors are based in Hong Kong and have experience investing in and building businesses in Asia and have a deep understanding of the region’s business environment, regulations, regulatory bodies and culture. We will not, however, undertake our initial business combination with any company being based in or having the majority of the company’s operations in the PRC.
