We are a newly organized blank check company. Although we may pursue an initial business combination opportunity in any business, industry, sector or geographical location, we currently intend to focus on identifying businesses in the real estate industry, including construction, homebuilding, real estate owners and operators, arrangers of financing, insurance, and other services for real estate, and adjacent businesses and technologies targeting the real estate space, which we may refer to as “Proptech” businesses. Leveraging our sponsor’s management team and directors’ deep and global real estate expertise and extensive network of relationships, we intend to identify innovative companies that have the potential to disrupt different aspects of the real estate industry or related industries and to transform how stakeholders relate to real estate in the future. Our management team is led by Jack K. Heilbron, our Chair of the board of directors, Chief Executive Officer, and President, Adam Sragovicz, our Chief Financial Officer and director, and Ed Bentzen, our Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Heilbron has served as a director and Chief Executive Officer and President of Presidio Property Trusty Inc. since its inception in February 2010.
