We are a newly organized blank check company. We currently intend to concentrate our efforts identifying those businesses engaged with emerging and transformational technologies, focusing particularly on businesses operating within the general aviation and aerospace industry, and the unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and advanced air mobility (AAM) industries. New and disruptive technologies are driving vital changes across these industries, and we believe these developments will continue to accelerate over the next several years. We believe that our broad industry knowledge and relationships will provide many potential targets that could become attractive public companies. We will explore and scrutinize targets with diverse range of business models and financial characteristics, including those from high-growth, early-stage innovators to more mature and established businesses with predictable cash flows. We are seeking to invest in a business or businesses where we believe our management team can increase shareholder value and deliver attractive investor returns. We plan to seek a target with a strong, defensible market position and robust growth prospects that will benefit from our involvement.
