Altice USA is one of the largest broadband communications and video services providers in the United States. We deliver broadband, pay television, telephony services, Wi-Fi hotspot access, proprietary content and advertising services to approximately 4.9 million residential and business customers. Our footprint extends across 21 states through a fiber-rich broadband network with more than 8.5 million homes passed as of March 31, 2017. We have two reportable segments: Cablevision and Cequel. Cablevision provides broadband, pay television and telephony services to residential and business customers in and around the New York metropolitan area. Cequel provides broadband, pay television and telephony services to residential and business customers in the south-central United States, with approximately 97% of its customers located in the ten states of Texas, West Virginia, Louisiana, Arkansas, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Arizona, California, Missouri and Ohio. For the three months ended March 31, 2017, our residential pay television, broadband and telephony services accounted for approximately 45%, 27% and 9%, respectively, of our consolidated revenue, while SMB customers were 14%.
