A SPAC II Acquisition Corp. is a newly incorporated blank check company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. Although there is no restriction or limitation on what industry or geographic region our target operates in, it is our intention to pursue prospective targets that are in the high-growth industries that apply cutting edge technologies, such as Proptech and Fintech (the “New Economy Sectors”), with a preference for companies that promote environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) principles. We believe that continuous global technological breakthroughs across businesses and ESG principles will create positive impact to society and will facilitate opportunities that can provide our investors with attractive financial returns through a business combination. There is no restriction on the geographic location for our target search, and it is our intent to pursue targets globally, with a particular focus on North America, Europe and Asia (excluding Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau) where the management team and directors have extensive experience and relationships. We will primarily seek to acquire one or more growth businesses with a total enterprise value of between $800,000,000 and $2,000,000,000.
