We are a newly organized blank check company. While we may pursue an initial business combination target in any stage of its corporate evolution or in any industry or sector, we intend to focus our search in the technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) industries. Our sponsor is an entity newly-formed by our management team. We believe our management team’s extensive operational and financial experience coupled with a collectively vast network to source deals makes us attractive in the marketplace. Although we may pursue our initial business combination with a private or public target in any business, industry or geographic location, we currently intend to focus on opportunities to capitalize on the ability of our management team, particularly our executive officers, to identify, acquire and operate a business in the TMT industries. Each member of our management team brings on average 32 years of expertise as well as a broad industry network that encompasses a wide array of subsectors within the TMT industries. Each member of the team has value creation credentials across a variety of sectors and has track records of senior leadership success in diverse organizations and situations. Our management team’s relationships and experience create a powerful foundation that extends globally across various TMT sectors.
