We are a blank check company incorporated on April 1, 2021 as a Cayman Islands exempted company for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses. To date, our efforts have been limited to organizational activities and activities related to this offering. We have not selected any specific business combination target and we have not, nor has anyone on our behalf, engaged in any substantive discussions, directly or indirectly, with any business combination target with respect to an initial business combination with us. Consistent with our business strategy and investment approach, we expect to pursue initial business combination opportunities where the target business is fueled by breakthrough deep technology and deep science, and where it can be shaped using disruptive innovation theory to dominate high growth addressable markets that are sufficiently large to sustain multi-billion-dollar companies. Specifically, we seek to identify and acquire a company operating within any or all of our four domains of interest: Brain & Artificial Intelligence, Genetics & Platform Technologies, Planet & Efficient Energy, and Space, Robotics & Physics. We intend to target companies with an enterprise value in the range of $1 to $5 billion.
