Ms. Nauiokas made her reputation as a fintech investor by backing early standout successes including Zoopla, Climate Corporation, Happy Money, Betterment, Currencycloud and the leading European seed investor Seedcamp. Ms. Nauiokas is known for her tireless commitment to working for a more equitable and inclusive industry, hiring, investing in and mentoring diverse and underrepresented talent and supporting and sponsoring their growth.
