Taomee Holdings, the largest online entertainment platform for children in China, will see its quiet period end on Tuesday, July 19. On June 8, the company raised $65 million by offering 7.2 million ADSs at $9, the low end of the range of $9 to $11. Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank Securities acted as lead managers on the deal.
