China Zenix Auto International, China's largest manufacturer of commercial vehicle wheels, will see its quiet period end on Tuesday, June 21. On May 11, the company raised $77 million by offering 12.9 million ADSs at $6.00, below the range of $9.50 to $11.50. Morgan Stanley acted as lead manager on the deal.
