Jiayuan.com International Ltd., China's largest online dating site with over 40 million registered users, will see its quiet period end on Monday, June 20. On May 10, the company raised $78 million by offering 7.1 million shares at $11, within the range of $10 to $12. BofA Merrill Lynch and Citi acted as lead managers on the deal.
