USA Compression Partners, LP, a limited partnership providing natural gas compression services in the U.S., filed on Thursday with the SEC to raise up to $200 million in an initial public offering. The Austin, TX-based company, which was founded in 1998 and booked $92 million in sales for the 12 months ended December 31, 2011, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol USAC. No pricing terms were disclosed.
