Medical Industries of the Americas is a medical supplies company, currently focused on producing industrial grade powdered latex gloves and disposable cold packs. Eventually it plans to produce additional latex products, such as latex exam and surgical gloves and condoms, additional varieties of thermal packs, and eventually surgical marking products and disposable scalpels. The company is in the process of outfitting a production facility for manufacturing dipped latex products, thermal packs, surgical marking products, and disposable scalpels. MI Americas has generated very limited revenues to date.
The Beverly Hills, CA-based company was founded in 2017 and plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol IAMR. Spartan Capital Securities is the sole bookrunner on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
