21Vianet Group quiet period ends May 31

21Vianet Group, a largest carrier-neutral Internet data center services provider in China, will see its quiet period end on Tuesday, May 31. On April 20, the company raised $195 million by offering 13 million ADSs at $15, above the range of $10 to $12. Morgan Stanley, Barclays Capital and J.P. Morgan acted as lead managers on the deal.
