Mission NewEnergy Limited, a australian development-stage producer of Jatropha-based biodiesel, will see its quiet period end on Monday, May 30. On April 19, the company raised $25 million by offering 2.8 million shares at $9, below the range of $10 to $12. Chardan Capital Markets and Rodman & Renshaw acted as lead managers on the deal.
