Air Lease Corporation, a global aircraft leasing company with a fleet of 46 commercial aircraft, will see its quiet period end on Sunday, May 29. On April 18, the company raised $803 million by offering 30.3 million shares at $26.50, within the range of $25 to $28. J.P. Morgan and Credit Suisse acted as lead managers on the deal.
