Logistics services provider Unique Logistics International withdraws $46 million Nasdaq uplisting

Unique Logistics International, which provides third-party logistics services, withdrew its plans for an initial public offering on Monday. It originally filed in October 2021 with a proposed deal size of $41 million, but amended its prospectus with a proposed deal size of $46 million in January 2022. The company is currently listed on the OTC under the symbol "UNQL".

On Monday, Unique Logistics announced that it would go public on the Nasdaq by listing via a SPAC merger with Edify Acquisition (EAC).

The Jamaica, NY-based company was founded in 1983 and booked $372 million in revenue for the 12 months ended May 31, 2021. It had planned to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol UNQL. EF Hutton was set to be the sole bookrunner on the deal.
