Brera Holdings, which operates the amateur football club Brera FC in Milan, Italy, revised the terms for its upcoming IPO on Wednesday.

The Dublin, Ireland-based company now plans to raise $8 million by offering 1.5 million shares at $5. The company had previously filed to offer the same number of shares at a range of $4 to $6. At revised terms, Brera Holdings will raise the same amount in proceeds as previously anticipated.

Brera Holdings is an Irish holding company which seeks to develop a global portfolio of emerging football clubs. The company acquired Brera FC in July 2022. The company positions Brera FC as an alternative to the two mainstream Milanese clubs, Inter Milan and AC Milan. Brera Holdings aims to expand its portfolio, and is planning on using the proceeds from its IPO to acquire other football assets in North Macedonia, Mozambique, and/or Argentina.

Brera Holdings was founded in 2000 and plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol BREA. Revere Securities is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
