CVR Partners, LP, a spinoff of refiner CVR Energy's nitrogen fertilizer facility, will see its quiet period end on Wednesday, May 18. On April 7, the company raised $307 million by offering 19.2 million shares at $16, above the range of $12 to $14. Morgan Stanley, Barclays Capital and Goldman, Sachs & Co. acted as lead managers on the deal.
