Jiayuan.com International Ltd., China's largest online dating site with over 40 million registered users, raised $78 million by offering 7.1 million ADSs at $11, at the midpoint of the $10 to $12 range. Jiayuan.com International Ltd. plans to list on the NASDAQ later today under the symbol DATE. BofA Merrill Lynch and Citi acted as lead managers on the deal.
