Lemeng Holdings, which provides mobile advertising services in China, filed on Tuesday with the SEC to raise up to $18 million in a US initial public offering.
Lemeng Interactive provides customer-tailored mobile advertising services based on big data technology and possesses a proprietary DSP programmatic advertising platform to centralize and aggregate advertisement slot purchasing in various media forms from multiple sources. The company is also able to provide customized full-service solutions to help companies carry out precise marketing plans. It aims to provide marketing promotion services through accurate control of products and channels while improving the advertising conversion rate and accuracy of advertising to its four client areas, which include app developers, banks, telecommunications companies, and mobile game developers.
The Beijing, China-based company was founded in 2014 and booked $85 million in revenue for the 12 months ended June 30, 2022. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol LIAI. Lemeng Holdings filed confidentially on December 20, 2021. The Benchmark Company is the sole bookrunner on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
