NetQin Mobile Inc., which provides Internet security to mobile users primarily in China, raised $89 million by offering 7.75 million ADSs at $11.50, at the high end of the range of $9.50 to $11.50. It had originally expected to sell 7.1 million ADSs. NetQin Mobile Inc. plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol NQ. Piper Jaffray acted as lead manager on the deal.
