Apollo Global quiet period ends May 8

Apollo Global Management, a global alternative asset manager of private equity and credit funds, will see its quiet period end on Sunday, May 8. On March 29, the company raised $565 million by offering 29.8 million shares at $19, at the high end of the range of $17 to $19. Goldman, Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan and BofA Merrill Lynch acted as lead managers on the deal.
